A city full of life means a city with many pedestrians and bikers. Both groups are often exposed to, nowadays, unnecessary dangers in traffic. Here is a video from an installation in Copenhagen, Denmark were such dangers are prevented. An indicator in the road senses when a biker approaches. Fully flushed Advanced Light then alerts the traffic about to make a right turn, of the biker’s presence. The light is directed precisely for the driver to see in the rearview mirrors. Once alerted of the biker’s position the driver then lets the biker pass safely before making the turn.
